Joy is a homemaker, a constant tinkerer, and the handy woman of the house. She also works with service providers all day, so she knows how frustrating it is on both sides when a call goes unanswered. She does not love AI… at all. She will make sure that any AI we use sounds like a real person.

What if I hate AI?
Fair question. You can use all of this with no AI talking to your customers. We built a whole page for that one.
Is it going to sound like a robot?
It talks in a natural voice and knows your services, hours, and prices. Not sure about the voice? Start with no AI voice and add it later. It is month to month.
Can I use this without AI answering my calls?
Yes. Your phone rings like normal. If nobody picks up, the caller hears your greeting and can leave a message. Right after that they get a text from your business number. An AI assistant texts with them, answers common questions, and books the job. You can step in any time. That is the text only plan.
What does my customer see?
A normal ring, then your greeting, then a text like: “Sorry we missed you. This is [Business]. What can we help with?” They text back and get an answer in seconds.
Who answers the texts?
An AI assistant that knows your services, hours, and prices. It answers common questions and books the job on your calendar. You see every conversation and can take over any time. Want a person on every text? We can set that up too.
Are the reminders and review requests AI too?
No. They are plain texts in your words. We write them with you before they go out.
Can I use AI only at night?
Yes. Many businesses keep a person on the phone during open hours and use AI for nights, weekends, and overflow. Or skip it completely.
What if I change my mind later?
It is month to month. Tell us and we change your plan. Start with text only and add the AI receptionist later, or the other way around.
Do I have to switch my software?
No. We work with your phone, your calendar, and your job software. Or we can provide a turn-key solution.
How long until it is working?
Call answering takes about a week from the day you say go. Texting starts after the phone carriers approve your business, usually one to three weeks. We do the paperwork.
What if I want out?
It is month to month. Tell us and we stop. We send you your customer list. Your Google reviews and your Google profile were always yours.
Landlines cannot get texts. If a landline caller leaves a voicemail, you still get it.
